Working for one organization for 10 years as web manager, I've had the opportunity to design and code TLC.edu's evolution through changing technology and user expectations. The current site is built on a Super Skeleton template with heavily customized CSS and HTML. The site is fully responsive for mobile and touch screen devices. I've also utilized PHP for forms and optimized the site code to increase search engine results. Using Google analytics, I've seen a demonstrated improvement of bounce rate and time spent on pages over the past several years.

Mass Email Marketing

For Trinity's Offices of Admissions, Advancement, and Alumni Relations I customized mass email templates using HTML and CSS. Utilizing these templates, I designed content layouts, created and optimized images, coordinated with each department to manage contact lists, and scheduled emails to coincide with social media and print campaigns.

I am familiar with Constant Contact and Fire Engine Red mass email systems.
